Located in the stunning Basque countryside, this charming hotel offers a peaceful retreat for any traveler. The renovated rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower and comfy beds. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The large restaurant serves delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the portions are generous. The hotel is also conveniently close to a stream and offers lovely walks in the surrounding area.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can make them quite hot, especially during the summer months. While keeping the windows shut helps keep out flies and mosquitoes, it can also exacerbate the heat issue.

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled in the Basque countryside. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by picturesque hills and close to peaceful walks. The family-run establishment was warm and welcoming, with plenty of parking available. The recently renovated room felt brand new and had a lovely shower and a comfortable bed. The restaurant on-site offered delicious meals at great value, with generous portions. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with croissants, breads, yogurt, and fruit puree. Despite a few minor drawbacks like basic breakfast options and slippery shower tiles, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel truly captured the serene beauty of the area, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this hidden gem in the Basque countryside.
